It can be difficult to get all of your business processes in place but I spend time getting to know your company so that I’m well placed to advise you and your board. I have many years of experience of working through the practical application of PLC governance requirements, including the Listing Rules and the Market Abuse Regulation.

I can help you to understand the requirements of the GDPR, the Bribery Act and the Modern Slavery Act to ensure you’re doing business in line with regulations.
