We would like to draw to your attention the following important aspects related to the legal services we provide:
- Hannah Woodcock is a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) with SRA number 372635. Her status as a solicitor can be confirmed on the SRA’s digital register. Hannah Woodcock is not authorised by the SRA to provide “reserved legal activities” as defined under section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
- Asteya Consulting Limited is not authorised or regulated by the SRA and is an unregulated legal services provider.
- Hannah Woodcock is not permitted to hold client money.
- As a company that is not SRA-regulated, Asteya Consulting Limited is not required to take out professional indemnity insurance subject to the SRA’s minimum terms and conditions. However, Asteya Consulting Limited has professional indemnity insurance which it considers to be adequate for and appropriate to the legal services that it provides.
- Clients of Asteya Consulting Limited are not eligible to apply for a grant from the SRA Compensation Fund nor entitled to protections from the Legal Ombudsman.
